NFPA 70E is arguably the most important electrical safety standard available to workers today. Within the document are key provisions to keep the electrical worker safe while on the job. This paper will highlight a few of the key areas within the standard that everyone should be familiar with and understand. Additionally, we will highlight key proposed updates to the 2024 edition of the 70E, which will be published in the fall of 2023.
